Hi I hope you can help, I have a created PVA using the Teams platform, the manifest has been downloaded and added to the Teams admin centre as a custom app.
This is then being used on Ipads but the behaviour is not consistent.
When I have the Ipad on portrait I do not see the app pinned along the bottom, the app set up policy has this as pinned, I can choose more then select the app and the chat window will open.
When I select re-order and move the app so I can see it next to calendar I then get a black screen, when opening the app.
When on landscape mode on the Ipad the app will not open at all.
Has anyone come across anything similar?

Since the last update the PVA is now showing, the only issue I have came across is when you select more then reorder then move the app so it is visible in the left rail, this then presents a white screen and the PVA does not respond on the ipad, I then have to close and re-open teams, if I then reorder and move it back down the list the PVA works as expected.

I have been in discussions with Microsoft, and they advised
"PG was able to determine the root cause of the issue. They did some testing and apparently issue is not only for custom apps, it’s for store apps as well."
They advised to try the Teams IOS 4.18.0, this is still not showing for me, I have contacted again and still awaiting a response.
Interesting. We have a case where a PVA bot is showing black screen in Teams.
Works everywhere else (iPhone, PC, Web etc.). Is there an issue with PVA in Teams on iPads?
