No has another way instead of this new feature yet.

i need another feature.
Users should chat with my bot and if he can not solve the problem, the bot sould send a mail with all the conversation text to me via mail.

You can create an action calling the Power Automate, and your workflow read the Common Data Service entity with Conversation transcripts and sent it to the user.
