Centre of Excellence - Set App Permissions not showing all apps

Hi all,

I have system admin access to our Power Apps environment. I've installed the Centre of Excellence solution and things seemed to be going well for a while.

Today I went to look at changing some permissions on an App using the Set App Permissions App included in the COE, but both the application and creator I am looking for are not listed. I can confirm the app exists in the same environment. I assume there is a flow that hasn't run to keep environment data current (IE new apps, connectors etc...)

Does anyone know what Flow has this main responsibility?

Thank you

I have the same question (0)

Check CoE Admin Command Center app and Inventory Tab for the failures.

If the flows are off, make sure you run the wizard App or Turn the flows below.

You can also assign permissions to app from Power Platform Admin View App.

Select the app and click on Managed permissions.

    Thank you,

Looks like they were off. On some further digging, the Run a Child Flow section of Sync Template v4 (Apps) is returning an error :
body.boolean' is no longer present in the operation schema. It should be removed before the workflow is re-saved.

Hopefully removing the 'false' from the field will fix it..

    Thanks again Velegandla
