Can't open a support ticket.

Hi Community,

I want to open a support ticket, but since i got the free developper plan i can't do it. I got the message in the screen shot attached.

If you can't display the attached file. The message says: "Your account does not have permissions to create support requests for this service. Try selecting another support plan." Alsoo it asks me to provide the "premier access ID" and the "Contract ID/Password"

Hi,

There is some prerequisites to create a support ticket, are you using an admin account?

@AnthonyAmador. Thanks for your response. I am the owner and the admin of my organization, so i have all the security roles permissions.

Hi,
I can't see your screenshot (new forum is horrible)
You must talk with your Microsoft contact to enable permissions of your account to create tickets using your contract.
