Bot Performs Perfectly in Studio but Terribly in Teams

I created a Copilot in Copilot Studio and I'm using some files in
SharePoint as the knowledge source. When I'm asking questions in the
Studio, I get great answers. However, when the same questions are asked
in the Teams chat, most of the time they are either wrong or Copilot
says it doesn't have access to the data. This hasn't been the case until
last week. I tried republishing, but the problem persists.

I also changed the authentication method to none, just to make sure there's no access issue. Still, facing the same issue.

This is also raising concerns about making this Copilot available
for other team mates as the performance has been extremely inconsistent.

I have the same question (0)

    pls try the following:
Integrated Security: By default, Copilot Studio uses Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for authentication, which works seamlessly in environments like Microsoft Teams. If authentication is disabled or misconfigured, Copilot may lack the necessary permissions to access SharePoint data in Teams.
The user interacting with Copilot in Teams must have appropriate permissions to access the SharePoint site and its contents. If the user lacks these permissions, Copilot cannot retrieve the necessary data.
Confirm that the SharePoint URLs are correctly added as knowledge sources in Copilot Studio. Incorrect or outdated URLs can lead to data retrieval issues.
Copilot may have limitations regarding the size and type of files it can process from SharePoint. Files larger than 3 MB or certain file types might not be accessible.
