There is a scenario where bot asks : What is customer name you are looking information for?. If the user has already provided customer name, PVA should skip this question.
The best solution I feel PVA could understand the customer names if we put them in an Entity and use that in Ask a Q node. But the challenge here is client has > 5000 customer names and they don't even have patterns for it to identify.
Can you suggest best possible solution in this case?
Thanks in advance.
Have you looked at the "Organization" entity?
It's supposed to already work that way if the entity is identified in the trigger phrase.
See example below:
Hi @HenryJammes ,
It might identify big companies (as you tried for Microsoft) which I guess is already a value in pre-build entity. But it doesn't work for others. Also we have customer names which is combination of person names and organization.
That is perhaps the best option for you today, as you show in your screenshot it will prompt the user for clarification if it does not match. We are looking into expanding this closed list, do you source this internally or from a public data source?
We have the data stored in Microsoft Dataverse.
And you collect the list of organizations how?
