Problem conecting to any datasource

Yesterday while I was teaching some co-workers hot to create an app in PowerApps I could not connect to any existing connection and I wasn’t able to create a new one. I was looking at the community and this problem has manifested before for different reasons. Could someone help me in doing troubleshooting to know what I should check?

Hi @Veronica ,

Did you recieve any error message? Where did you try to connect the data source? Within an app or in PowerApps connection list site?

Hi,

The problem is not only with me, also with my co-workers. None of us can see the New Data Source Pane describe in the document https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/preview-for-improve-data-source-experience-and-common-dat.... Is this available to those of us with a government license? Attached image for you to see
I can't even use a Datasource in Excell. We don't see any option.
