We want to disable the self-service consent plans on our tenant (Remove-AllowedConsentPlans), but first I would like to see who has those licenses assigned. I want to understand who this might affect. These licenses do not seem to appear in the licensing section in the 365 admin center, is there another way to see which accounts are making use of these plans?
