PowerApps Login Problem

Hi,

 

I am unable to login into PowerApps. It keeps saying "Hmmm ... We couldn’t sign you in. Try again"

 

I cleared all saved passwords. Cleared browser cookies and local storage. But, no luck.

 

I am blocked and cannot continue with my work.

 

Please consider it as a showstopper P1 issue. Please let me know what could I do to unblock my account.

    Hi Hrishi,

     

    Have you tried with both PowerApps studio for Web and PowerApps studio for Windows? Do you get the error message when you sign in with both of the two studios?


    If you are using the Web player, please try to sign in with InPrivate mode to see if it will work.


    If you are using desktop studio, please check if you are using the latest PowerApps version on your side.


    I just try to sign in both Web studio and desktop studio, I don’t get any error messages. Not sure if this is a temporary issue, please try again later and feel free reply if you are still having the issue.

    Hi @Hrishi

     

    I had the same problem on PowerApps Web Editor in Chrome and IE browsers and was not able to solve it until magically it started working again in 1 month.

     

    My Solution:

    If I open Chrome in incognito mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N) then PowerApps works and I can login.

    It always works on Mozilla Firefox, before you could not edit in Mozilla but with the latest update they added support for editor in Mozilla.

    Yes, I tried in both: web and windows app. It didn't work for me yesterday. I tried InPrivate/Incongnito modes as well (actually, I have to always open web app in InPrivate/Incognito mode only). That didn't help either. But, all of a sudden, it started working today. I could login into PowerApps without any problem.

     

    I really coudn't figure out what actually went wrong. As I mentioned in my original post, I tried everything I could, but, nothing helped me. It wasted one working day!

    Really appreciate that you tried to help!

     

    I read somewhere in the documentation that PowerApps is not supported in Mozilla Firefox. But, now, I am happy to know from you that it works in Firefox. I will give it a try.
