Power Platform Storage Capacity

Hello community,

I'm a newbie to Power Platform administering. Currently I'm checking the storage capacity of the environment and got the warning "Database and File storage are over capacity." as shown in picture. In details, I look up at the analytics of the storage capacity and got the tables in the second picture, which I don't quite understand the details of database storage and file storage so that I can clear up the capacity.

Your explanations on this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    Hi @tramlam7413,

Most of those tables such as LocalizedLabel, Attribute, WebResourceBase, RibbonClientMetadataBase, etc. are all out of the box tables that store metadata for those component types.

It looks like you installed some new solution(s) a week ago or so as indicated by the spike in storage usage.

You can navigate to the maker portal and within that environment, select Solutions and then History. It will show you what solutions were installed and when so at least you can correlate what caused the space to fill.

The only way to clean up space in this case is to uninstall custom solutions that you don't need.
