Today I noticed that when using a chat bot the top half of the screen gives the error message with the lady thinking-it only happens on the desktop app (no issues when accessing from the internet). It also only happens if the bot icon is pulled to the left hand side; if it stays off the pin bar in the '3 dots' area this doesn't occur. Also no issues when accessing the bot from the chat section on the left tool bar. This error just started as we have had no previous issues with this. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the bot, the power virtual agents app, signed in and out of Teams, checked for updates, cleared caches all with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated
We are experiencing the same issue. Pinned PVA shows the error where accessed from chat works fine.
Anyone managed to find a solution please 🙂
