POWER APPS - 1 hour behind on SharePoint List

Hour Value dropdown list's value is 1 hour off on SharePoint List

For example, if I am applying for a Vacation leave through the Power Apps application from 8/15/2023 8:00 AM  but the SharePoint list is showing the entry as  8/15/2023 7:00 AM . I am @ UTC−06:00 time zone.

I have confirmed that both SharePoint and Power Apps' local time settings are set to my local (UTC -6)

But in Sharepoint List it is updated as

I would really appreciate any advice!

It should be one of two things. Either you are using the TimeZoneOffset() function with no time as a parameter and its incorrect because of daylight savings time or your SharePoint site is in a different TimeZone.  When saving time to SharePoint it will interpret it for display based on the TimeZone of the server. Check the regional settings in the Site Collection Settings for the site.

I haven't used any TimeZoneOffset() function .In the Update of the Data Card I am using this DateValue1.SelectedDate +Time(If(AMPMValue1.Selected.Value = "PM",12,0) +Mod(Value(HourValue1.Selected.Value),12),Value(MinuteValue1.Selected.Value),0)

I did checked the Sharepoint Online settings. it is the same as my local time zone(UTC-06:00)
