Hi,
I resently finished my first form. This is a custom form via a SharePoint list. The form works and collects data as intended however when I ran the App checker it came up with 23 errors "Missing accessible label (23)".
I am not finding much for information on this or how to correct it. Any help would be appreciated. Also has anyone written a POC for PowerAPPS, can you share an example? We have Project Online and want to replace current PDP pages and SP designer workflows with PowerApps and Flow.
From what I see, Tootip is used when you hover through the items, eg, on the textbox and it will tell what it is.
Whereas, Accessible Label is for reading screen.. Tooltip - Silent, Accessible Label - Loud. 🙂
Does this mean just remove 'Self.Tooltip' from Accessible Label to fix the form from failing? What's the solution?
Hi @Anonymous
With regards to the accessible label question, you can find a bit more information about how it works here.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/accessibility-checker
The purpose of the accessible label is to provide text that a screen reader can read out. This helps users with visual impairments who might choose to use screen reading software. You can set the accessible label text for buttons, text input, and other controls though the properties pane. A quick way to find this property is to search for 'accessible' in the properties pane.
