Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am building a detention tracking app for a school. I am getting my students from Office 365 Users connection. SP Lists attached

Steps in the process:

The user (teacher) searches a combobox people picker to retrieve the student's details for a detention record.
The information returned displays the student's grade (SGrade - obtained from AD's 'Department' field.). The user further specifies the Category and the Offence date.
The detention details are then written to a SP List called 'Detention'. This is where I need assistance, how do I patch from SGrade formfield to SGrade SP List field - fields in Orange in SP List Exports
The SGrade column is a Lookup to the Grade head list where the approvers name & email are stored for each grade, which I can then retrieve and pass to flow to trigger the approval.
