This app isn’t opening correctly It looks like you don’t have access to this app. Ask its owner to share it with you.

I am in my SharePoint list and I am trying to click on the item to view/preview the form.

When I do so, it comes up with "This app isn’t opening correctly. It looks like you don’t have access to this app. Ask its owner to share it with you."

This makes no sense because I am the owner and also the one that created the SharePoint list and Power Apps form.

If I go to PowerApps I can't share to myself because I am already the owner.

What can I do to correct this?

    Hi @DTTN ,

Do you mean that you are the owner of this SP List, and you created this custom form?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please make sure you have signed in SP Online with your own proper credential rather than others.

Actually, it is not necessary to share the custom form app to corresponding end users. The form inherits permissions from the SharePoint list. When you're done customizing it, just publish it back to SharePoint so that others can use it.

Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/customize-list-form#administer-your-custom-form

Also please make sure you have owned proper license (Office 365 license for PowerApps at least) to access PowerApps feature. Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your SP Online List again, check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please remove the custom form form your SP List, and then re-add new one for it using PowerApps, check if the issue still exists.

    Best regards,

SharePoint and Power Apps integration is not very seamless
Why it happened: Trial of Power apps got expired
Resolution: Went to Power Apps portal restarted trial now i am good for 90 days. Hopefully i remember keep renewing trial every 90 days. Great job Microsoft.
