Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If so, I suggest you lodge a Support Ticket with Microsoft.

Yes, I did clear my browser cache, still not working. Opened the ticket with Microsoft, talked with tech support and seems to be browser issue. I need to work with our network team see if they did some update or policy to block it.
