Power Apps and Flow Migration tool

I've run across this tool on other forums but have never used. I've been curious about it as it would seem to save a lot of time. Is this only for Sharepoint related apps like sharepoint forms or can it move other types of apps as well?

Anyone had any success with it?

As per the description I see from in the resource page, the tool can be used for standalone Power Apps app and flows, you will need to export apps and flows from the studio:
