Good morning,

I have successfully deployed a chatbot in teams using the manifest (wouhou !). Will my chatbot automatically update if I publish a new version of the bot ? I have seen it updates with the shared link but what about when you deploy with the manifest ?

Yes, and this is the case with all manifest-deployed apps in M365; whether Teams apps or Outlook side panes or Excel commands; all of them use a manifest to reference a live web location and will therefore update instantly if the app itself is updated.
