Is there any way, when running a powerapp to get any of the following unique identifiers?
Current use case is mainly for being able to add in a quick form for adding notes for "to do" items for that specific app/screen. However, it would enable better support when apps go into production.
Thanks, but I was referring to being able to programmatically access that info dynamically, based off of where the end user is within the app. If that was possible, then I could create a buttons for submitting bugs or feature requests, with the exact app and screen they were looking at.

To get an app ID, you need to first save the app then:
Select Apps > the ellipsis ( . . . ) for the app > Details.
The app ID appears at the bottom of the Details pane for that app.
About screen's unique identifiers, you can consider the GUID function. Documentation here:
