Import many to many relationships

I have an instance where we have a many to many relationship. I'm familiar with using data flows to import a one to many relationship but how do we utilize the out of the box many to many relationship when we have pre-existing data that needs to be imported. How do i access the junction table that gets created to import the data into it?

    There is a tool in xrm toolbox for exactly this. 
    I think this tool is part of the standard installation, if not just search for it in tool library. 
    Use is simple. 
    1. Login to your environment
    2. Search for first entity
    3. Tool provides you a list om MN linked entities , so you can select second entity
    4. If you like, check existing data / export to get understanding for the format
    5. Prepare a csv with record information you would like to like
    6. Import via tool
