Business Process Flow refer back

Hi,

I have developed a model driven power app with business process flow. for certain approval stage, I want to give 3 options to approver: "Approve", "Reject", "Refer Back".

"Refer Back" should take the process to previous step and continue from there. How this can be achieved?

You can use power automate flow to change the active stage of your Business Process Flow.

Remember - each Business Process Flow is also a new table in the Dataverse (obviously the name of the BPF is the name of the table), and each instance of the BPF is also a record of that type.

Examine the table of your BPF - you will probably see the lookups for related entity table (like Opportunity for instance) and Active Stage.

Your Power Automate flow should find proper record of your BPF and change the Active Stage for the stage you want.
