Issue with adaptive card

Hello,

 

I would like to use two actions, Action.openurl and Action.submit in one container in a adaptive card. Please tell me a solution for this.

 

Scenario: 

When user clicks a button in adaptive card, It should open that link and also should trigger another flow in azure bot framework SDK(NodeJS).
