Build Power App, without giving access to Users on List

Hello,

I have built an app, linked to a Sharepoint List which stores user information.

When I share the App with the users, I have to share the Sharepoint list as well, which gives the users access to the complete database.

I don't want to give the access of List to the users to restrict data visibility, is there a way?

I tried to use SQL DB, but its a premium connector and we have a huge user base which will be using the app, making it very costly. Any suggestions around this?

Hi @vaibhav15211 ,

You can use a customer permission level based on Contribute, but with View Application Pages unchecked - that way they should not be able to access a page view of the data. You can also use Audience Targeting on your SharePoint menu and include all but this group to have the link available.

There are also ways of hiding the list in Site Contents, but this hides it from everyone.
