Troubleshooting Data Sync Issues Between PowerApps and SharePoint

I created a staff productivity app, but I'm having trouble getting specific data from the app to appear in my SharePoint list. I've set the DataCard 'Update' property correctly, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any tips on resolving this issue?

    Very limited information.

    1. Please explain how you are updating SharePoint
    2. Please explain what is not correct about updating SharePoint
    3. please explain column types

Explain what code / expression sApps / Power Automate, whatever you are using to try to capture the data.

The query which you raised is not enough to proceed further.

    We need some additional information.
    • What is the error ? you using submitform or Patch for storing the records.
    • What type of column which is not being updating.
We need your inputs to isolate the issue, without that solution wont be possible. Pls do support.

    What’s Not Working:
    • Some fields (like Log Codes, Employee Number, Manager Email, Start Date & Time, and End Date & Time) are not appearing in the SharePoint list after submission.
    • The app uses a form submission process, not a Patch function, so I expect all fields to update automatically when the form is submitted.

SharePoint Column Types & PowerApps Setup:
    • Log Codes → Choice Column (Dropdown in PowerApps: Update Property: ddlmpcodes.Selected)
    • NUID → Text Column (Label in PowerApps: Update Property: NUID.Text)
    • Manager Email → Person Column (Label in PowerApps: Update Property: lblManagerEmail.Text)
    • Start Date & Time → Date and Time Column (Dropdown-based in PowerApps, with AM/PM selection)
    • End Date & Time → Date and Time Column (Dropdown-based in PowerApps, with AM/PM selection)

    This is my edit form

This is the SharePoint list – The title , employee email and check attestation is the only data that seems to submit in Sharepoint
