I have integrated public api for order tracking in power automate and created a flow. The testing works fine and able to get appropriate result in power automate. Now integrating in copilot studio gives 404 while I ask the question via copilot bot. I have attached screenshots for reference. Please help me if anyone knows how to debug or how can I get logs which shows me what is going wrong here. Thanks!
Are you calling the custom connector directly from the copilot canvas?
No. This is not canvas. This is is copilot studio. Later this can be published as independent chatbot or as teams custom copilot
The "canvas" is where you add the logic for your copilot topics. Can you share a screenshot of how the connector is being called from Copilot Studio?
In Copilot studio, We can integrate flow as shown below with dynamic chaining
So you've created a flow that calls a public API and loaded the flow as a plugin action. When the action is called by Copilot Studio you are getting 404, but what about the flow? Is not it being called at all?
Seems the flow is being executed
takes the wbn as expected and also try to call the api which is mentioned in the flow. but getting exception later on.
This flow is created with powerautomate. If I directly integrate the action with copilot instead of flow it works. but I want to do postprocessing here to modify the response. hence i can't integrate custom action directly to copilot studio
I can see you are calling a connector action directly in the canvas - you are not calling a Power Automate flow. Correct?
No. the flow is created in powerautomate. now this flow is integrated with copilot.
I'm sorry, I'm not following.
Can you share:
1. A full screenshot of the copilot studio canvas, including the step where Power Automate is called?
2. A screenshot of the flow's run history?
This is the flow I have created.
This is the custom connecter (api integration)
Test execution in powerautomate > My flows
Now, I want to integrate this with copilotstudio. Where I can integrate multiple flows like this and create a bot which I can publish with Teams.
