I want to add powerva BOT to teams, but I have no permission to add BOT to team.
What permission do I need? I am a global administrator

But in which step did you get this issue?
We have some steps to implement the chatbot:
- Add the MS Teams channel inside the PVA portal
- Install the App Studio inside the MS Teams
- Add a bot inside the MS Teams filling all fields
- Install the chatbot inside your current account with MS Teams
- Enable the chatbot for all users
Because your screenshot is in another language, I cannot read it.
this step , can you get it ?
Follow these steps to implement it:
- Open the https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
- Teams apps >> Permission policies
- See your "Global (Org-wide default) and click on it
- Select the option "Allow all apps" for all options on this page
- Save, close your Desktop Teams and open it again
- Try again to Install your chatbot
All options is "Allow all apps" at the beginning as you said
