In a Component, I've added both the Modern and Classic Dropdowns.

I select a target table "Clients" which is available according to the Data & from selecting the Table in the Dropdown Items property.

After it is selected, I get errors. Doing the exact same steps from a Screen works with no issues.

Wondering why this does not work when in a Component.

For Modern Dropdown the error is: "Name isn't valid. 'Clients' isn't recognized.

This is the formula generated by the properties panel when selecting the Item = Clients table and a View. It same error if no View is selected.

Filter(Clients, 'Clients (Views)'.'Active Clients')

For Classic Dropwdown the error is the same. The formula is simple the Table Name Clients
