Putting this out here in the community in an effort to help others who may have run into a similar issue. I recently assisted a client with styling and persisting conversations with their Copilot Studio bot.
You need to set the styling option in the styleOptions object in the WebChat canvas. There is no way to do this from the Copilot administrative experience, as my client was hoping. Likewise, there is no 'persist conversation' setting, which again they were hoping to find in the studio somewhere. This is probably old news from some of you coming from the PVA world, but I wanted to throw this out there, since there really was no single source that combined these topics into one location.
