Hi,

I have a few questions around licensing limitations of the registered (external) user on PowerApps Portals. I am having 3 per user app plans managing and developing overall environment. The Portal will be used externally by around 50 registered users who will be logging and using the portal everyday.

The base package for authenticated users plan is sold at 200USD/274.60AUD (per 100 users). As per Microsoft, "Authenticated user capacity provides access to one Power Pages website for a calendar month",
1. For 50 users requirements, will I be ok paying 200USD per month with unlimited logins or do I need to purchase additional tiers for managing the logins count.
Is there a bundle/plan with less than 100 registered user. It means either I will 1 or 100 authenticated users the cost will be same
Is the license on logins count or user registered?

1. 100 user license covers all
2. 100user license is the minimum. You can buy pay-as-you go license but it's cost atleast same as 100 bundle
3. It's user account based license.
