Hi, is there a quick and painless way to integrate my Copilot Virtual Assistant with HRDuo? I looked this up on ChatGPT but the instructions seemed a bit vague.
I have not done this. but if i wanted to do, i will follow the below steps
Verify that HRDuo provides an API for accessing data such as employee records, payroll, time-off management, etc. You can usually find this information in their developer documentation or by reaching out to their support.
Use Power Automate to create a flow that triggers in Copilot Topic based on user response.
Inside Power automate , you can call the API's and perform watever actions are required.
I would suggest to have different Power automate flow for different process such as Create/Update/Retrieve etc.
