MDA pages do not reflect the design for users

Hello,

  • Power App Licenses have been purchased and assigned to users.
  • Figure A (myself, the App Maker) shows the MDA and all the elements on the form.
  • Yet upon impersonating David a Microsoft Entra User via Level Up, all elements on all pages do not appear and the layout defaults to standard when a new form is created.
  • Automobile page is selected as an example, but the same problem is evident on all pages when the MDA is in play.
  • A security profile has been created as shown in Figure C.
  • The app is in the Production environment and is managed.

What is causing the form (table) to not take on the designed role for a user?

    Hi @CuriousMind

Make sure that the form is shared with that security role, when we do not have it shared, there is a concept of a reservation form that allows the form to be seen in that form. So what you need to do is select your form and give permission to that security role.

Additionally, you must make sure that form is enabled in the application designer (application map).

As an administrator you can always see it because you have access to everything
