How to update my Email ID in Power App Community?

hi, every one
I have seen in below link

Data Privacy Compliance - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

but my account email setting not view like above.

Anyone know?
because I am using official email address in current login. I need to update my personal MSA Account.

and i need another information: Is it personal MSA account also need PowerApp license to access this community ? I think no. let me know this 2 things

I do not believe you need a PA license just to access the forums.

It seems like you have to register under a new account if you don't have an AAD organizational account to merge to.

Exactly, you're going to need to create a personal account with nothing to start. I'm going to run into this issue too in the Fall. But if you do get a new one, you can always merge your profile.
