using filter to exceed 500 limit

Hi,

Am not able to exceed the 500 limit even after setting the limit to 2000 hence i decided to use filter on the drop down ,

Filter(share point list name,(ID,If('Re-Assigned To' = User(),0)

But am getting a delegation warning message & the drop down is not working when i run the application using the above formula

I want to filter the project IDs of the current users from the share point list," re-assigned " is the column that am trying to match with the current user.

P.S: I tried combo box, but the project ID column isn't appearing when i try to set the primary text

    Hi @Anonymous

    Delegation playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwiErbYtRdA&list=PLTyFh-qDKAiE6ia-D94Qk5-AzpN4dqOmD

    Firstly store the User() object in a variable.

    OnStart function of App

    Set(varUser, User());

    Your filter would be

    Filter(share point list name,'Re-Assigned To'.Email = varUser.Email)

    @RezaDorrani @timl ,

    thanks for helping me out, i want to perform a sum operation, more or less similar to this same scenario, i want to sum up the values in hours text boxes to the ID that matches in the drop down

    Filter(
    'share point list',
    ID=drop down .Selected.ID, Sum('Actual Hours':text box.Text))

    I am using a save icon, on select i have a patch condition where the values in the right side will be stored in share point list A & simultaneously i want the sum operation to be stored in share point list B

    PS: am using two galleries, one for each share point list as the storage location is different

    @RezaDorrani , i have changed a condition in the sharepoint list, earlier there was only one person in the re-assigned column, now i changed it to multiple so its showing me a delegation warning, am not sure how to overcome this, can you help
