Moving/displaying Data to powerapps office365

I explored in my entra admin centre then under enterprise applications,I browsed all applications where I found quest software so then I clicked properties name quest software application ID and object id. So,I'm not sure to get started wat we need,is this something i understood quest software is already been available. Kindly help me if we need to re purchase or is the above one is suffice as I'm looking to migrate custom built domino application to office365 and design using powerapps.

Additionally, I checked entra admin centre,applications for quest software details certificate expiry status and active certificate status seems to be blank,I'm not sure if this is active or not.

Kindly help how to figure out if above quest software can be used for our custom domino application migration to office365 with the existing quest software as mentioned above.

Any help if we need to check if quest software which is already associated with azure entra admin centre so how to continue with next step inorder to migrate data to office365 by using the quest tool. My ask is do we need to install note2migrator to office365 guidance.

What are you trying to migrate(source) to Office 365?

How big is the data?
