How to update content of already published power virtual agent chatbot

We have already published PVA chatbot in our team so we want to update some information. After republishing, the chatbot should update the content which we have added automatically without typing "start over". Help me to solve this issue.

    As long as the Chatbot has timed out the session typing start over should not be required when you publish a new version.  If the chatbot hasn't timed out then you would need to type "start over" to reload the chatbot with the new version.  Or you could remove and re-add the chatbot manually, but start over seems to be easier.
