Which property is used to change the color of the item background when it is being selected?
In this example, Item 3 is already selected, and I am actively selecting Item 1. I don't want it to be blue and I have searched each property for the last hour trying to change it. Please help
The property is HoverFill.

How about SelectionFill? I believe this does what you want.
SelectionFill is for what is already selected. Item 3 in the examples above
There are only colors for an item in a combo box. The hover color, which is what displays before you select it. And the colar after you have clicked on it. I'm not sure how to get this third color you talk about. Would love to see a video of this as I've read your messages multiple times and can't duplicate this behavior.
Just to see if I can understand, are you saying the blue color is when the mouse has been clicked, but not released? Since after you release it then it's going to be considered selected.
I was able to fix it by just exiting the app and going back in. But here is the video captured before exiting. I was going nuts!!!
