I believe above specified link is applicable for Dynamics 365 environment, I'm explicitly looking for non dynamics 365 environment how to create model driven app and how it works, licensing cost etc..
Model-driven apps are the same - you need a Dataverse environment, it doesn't matter whether you have Dynamics 365 or not. Licensing is a whole different topic, but let me know if you are unable to create a model-driven app.
But I heard that model driven are specific to Dynamics 365 environment and we could not able to create model driven apps for non Dynamics 365 environment
If possible can you please send me a link to provide how to create model driven apps in Non Dynamics 365 environment?
