Getting Question from Excel to PVA Chatbot

Hi Everyone, 

This is my scenario

I am having 5 excels with 10 questions each.

 When  an user clicks below options it will take questions from respective excel and ask here in chatbot. Is there any way to carryout this?choiceschoices
