Wondering if anyone has had this issue happening to them. This has me and my IT guys completely stumped!
I have 2 users unable to load a Canvas App and they seem to be missing a button to get to the screen they need to get to. It's not happening to any other users.
Testing with one of the users, we did the following:
- I've had him test on different browsers, no luck.
- Incognito Mode, no luck.
- From his iPhone, same issue.
- He cleared all his cache and his browsers are up to date as well.
- I removed him as a user from the App and the SharePoint lists and re-added him and he is still having the issue.
We did find a workaround as it appears one of the user sees the right environment with the correct button to get to the next step for a split second and if he is fast enough, he is able to click it to get to the where he needs to be to add his input in the App.
Any thoughts?
