Hello,

i have an app which includes a form with AddPicture in one of it's datacards. Data source is OneDrive, where details are saved in Excel table, and image file goes to "..._images" sub folder.

This has been in use since 2019, but now between June 7-11th it stopped working.

Excel details are saved properly, but the image file size is 0 kb, and file is obvioulsy corrupted. Interesting detail is that this only and always occures when running the app in mobile device. Running the app on workstation M365 environment does not cause error.

Any ideas how to fix it, or where to start looking for the cause?

Hi @DBO_DV , thanks yrs. I have a challenge with monitoring in mobile. It seems to work in PA application in mobile device (red recording dot is visible), but no events is recorded. If i run my app in borwser in mobile device, the events are recorded, but AddPicture button does not work - so i never get to the error point. Any good advices?

Are you using the link/QR-Code or do you connect the User?

can you try both ways please?

First tried QR, now also link, neither works. Both can still open the PA application in cell phone and start my app.

When you open the Link is there a PopUp box that asks you to Join the Debug session?

No, there is not. Some gray notice flashes so quickly that is impossible to read, but that's all.

This is my customers' entity, where i do have admin role, but there is no Power Platform environments created.

When there is "no Power Platform environments created" you're probably working inside the Default environment.

You need either Environment Admin or Environment Maker role to use the monitor. But that is all that should be required. here is also the link to the documentation: Monitor overview - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn.

Please check if you have the required roles inside the Power platform admin center.

The default environment is not listed even if i go vie M365 admin cebter. Empty list.

What i did find out is that also in mobile device there is no error if i run my app in web browser. The error, i.e. empty 0 kb image file, happens only when my app is run in PA application in mobile device.
