Hi,

I am trying to created a calculated choice column in dataverse but when the wizard for boolean conditions pops up, I don't see my columns of interest. I am not able to type freetext either.

Is there something I am missing?

    Hi,

Calculated field can make simple calculations with table's fields (except File, Image). You can use 'Condition' to compare field and evaluate values, but you can't make complex calculations. For the action, you can set a value for current field, but you can't set a value for another field on your table.

Maybe you can consider using Formula field instead.

Otherwise, consider adding more information about your context and what are the values of your formula, it will be easier to help you :).

    I hope it helps!

    Hi,

I'm really after a calculated choice versus a formula because I want the color formatting of the choice be visible on a grid control. When I select choice column and then try to make it calculated I only see a subset of the columns. The simple choices are in fact fine to me, but not all of the columns in the table are visible.

Calculated columns are now known as formula columns what formula are you trying to create?

I'm trying to use this wizard. Not all fields are available, regardless of the column type. Has it been deprecated? A calculated column won't work for the use case because I want the field color formatting in a powerapps grid control
