Issues connecting to Dynamics NAV 2018

Hi, i have some issues when trying to connect to NAV 2018. have included the details as per below. 

1. trying to connect to cronus demo on my surface pro

2. have enabled odata in NAV administration

3. using windows user as credentials. is it a must to set as Navuserpassword?

4. have created a new web service page to link to customer ledger entries. 

5. using my own user with web service access key created. 

 

error message shown in powerapps: we weren't able to add this connection. Please try again.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    Check if you have filled your Web Service Access Key in the Password field. Please follow below steps to connect to Dynamics NAV in PowerApps:

    https://community.dynamics.com/nav/b/fajdigainfo/archive/2018/03/27/connect-dynamics-nav-and-microsoft-powerapps
