Hi,

I have problem where when the approver reject the request this kind of error appear eventhough based on the screenshot it works fine. When i try to test it, it will appear "Action 'Set content approval status 2' failed".

However, when approver approve the request no error occur.

Thanks.

    Hi Mabel Mao,

Last time, when I test the flow on approval it works fine and only rejected got problem. After I deleted the "Terminate", the error is gone for rejected condition. However, when I tried to approve it the same error as previous testing appear.

    Approval ErrorApproval Error

    Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for sharing the detailed information. According to your description, I created a flow to test this issue. Per my test, I found that without the action Terminate, the flow will run successfully without any error message no matter the response is Approve or Reject. However, when the flow included the action Terminate, the flow’s run status will be displayed based on the Status of the Terminate action.

Please try to remove the action Terminate. Then you will get the expected run status of the flow.

    Best regards,
