I've never experienced this before, but I have created a new flow in the same environment as my PowerApp. I can see it the PowerAutomate editor, I can save it and I can edit. However, even after re-loading the app and constantly refreshing the flow list, I simply cannot see it to add? It is driving me nuts!

Hi @jed76 , Does your app is solution aware? I mean the app is created in solution, if yes, then try to add the flow to same solution and then check whether you are able to add it to app. Also I hope the flow is Instant flow?
