JIRA Knowledge Source Not Available

Hello,
 
 When adding an Agent, the "Add Knowledge" window shows JIRA as a possible source. But it indicates that the agent must be created first.
 
 
Unfortunately, after creating the agent, the "Add Knowledge" window no longer has any reference to JIRA. How do I add JIRA as a source?

    It tells you that you have to save the Agent first, but after that, you may not find it at all..
    if you want to use it in teams( copilot).  here is an article you can refer.
