Form issues being duplicated

Hello guys I have a form that contains a list of drop downs menu to choose from then it patch it to the data base , the form creates an something TagID which is PK in the data base I think the tagID is created using form.lastsubmmited.TagID the thing is I duplicated the screen to have change the text from English to Arabic the form wont generate the TagID properly the original one is at 8000s but the duplicated one is always 182

Note: I did not thing I even did not change the text

Any Ideas ?

Hi @Abdulazizhalawa

It seems like on the second form, it is defaulting to the first row in your datasource?

I assume you want the ID in the second form to match the first - in that case try to ensure the form 'item' property is the same across both forms.

Thanks, can you provide more details of the issue including screenshots and details of the code you are using in the controls, which form part of your logic for creating the new item, saving and duplicating it?

Also, please can you confirm what datasource you are using?

SQL table as data source , I will share with you different screen shots , what ever in here is the original form I use a button to submit the form next replay will be the the duplicated one

the duplicated one is same in everything but different name like "tag form_1" And yes I changed it to match the old one or the original one , thanks an advance

Thanks - would you mind sharing the same screen shots for the other form to make sure I do not misunderstand something?

Can you confirm if there is any code in the 'OnSuccess' property of the main form and also if there is any code included when navigating to the second form screen or if it just a simple navigate function. Also, is there any code in the onvisible or onhidden properties of your form screens?

to answer you , Onsuccess is just email notification it's commented now , and Just a navigation function And refresh(data source) both screen has the navigation code , Onhidden nothing And Onvisible is just Set updatecontext to show pop screen but i screen shoted thanks anyways

Sorry, I'm struggling to piece this together, without seeing how the app looks.

I gathered from the original query that you have two forms, but based on the snippets you may have 4 forms, two on each screen - and there is also a gallery, which is connected to one of the two forms on each screen? - I'm also gathering that all these forms and the gallery are connected to the same table?

Would you mind sharing how the app UI looks and clarify what the snippets above relate to on the UI and what the process flow in the app is with the context of the UI images?

Can you confirm if 182 is the first ID in the data table?

yes and yes it's the first item of the table and gallery sharing with you the UI right now
as you can see the "Tag form_1" is the one connected to the gallery "tag list gallery .selected" and "Tag form ID_1" has the item of "tag form_1.lastsubmmited" am open to have a call in zoom or teams no worries for me if you are I really appreciate your help
