Hello,

Upon adding creator kit people picker to an app, following the instructions here, I get the error when searching for someone:

Network error when using Patch function: Length must be between 0 and 100

I've added to the OnSearch property of the control:

ClearCollect(
 UserCollection,
 AddColumns(
 Filter(
 Office365Users.SearchUser(
 {
 searchTerm: Self.SearchText,
 top: 500
 }
 ),
 !(Mail in Self.SelectedPeople.PersonaKey)
 ),
 SuggestionImgUrl,
 Substitute(
 JSON(
 Office365Users.UserPhotoV2(Id),
 JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData
 ),
 """",
 ""
 ),
 SuggestionKey,
 Mail,
 SuggestionName,
 DisplayName,
 SuggestionRole,
 JobTitle,
 SuggestionPresence,
 "away"
 )
)

And to the Suggestion Items: UserCollection.

    I think, one of the field in Patch function has a maximum limit of 100 characters, verify your data source requirement for each field.

    HI @WebPortal

    As Damin said, that error usually occurs because you're trying to patch a column with a limit of 100 characters. Please take a look at your table and the maximum length of the columns.

    Typically, Principal Keys in Dataverse have that limit. Start by checking if you're trying to patch one of those with a string that's too long.

    Hi @Damin and @Giraldoj

    Thanks for helping, but, as you may see, I'm connecting to O365 and following exactly the instructions on Creator's Kit page.

    Furthermore, this was working until the last Creator Kit upgrade.

    Hi @WebPortal,

    It seems some of the updates in the Creator Kit may not yet reflect in the documentation you referred to Please try using this documentation: powercat-code-components/PeoplePicker at main · microsoft/powercat-code-components · GitHub .

    If this does not resolve the issue, consider creating an issue for in the above-mentioned repository.

    On the short term you may consider rolling back to a previous version of the creator kit.
