I’m currently using Microsoft Copilot Studio, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to add posts from a Teams channel (within a Teams team) as a knowledge source for my agent. These posts serve as a valuable knowledge repository, and I’d like to include them in my agent’s knowledge base.
Is there a way to connect a Teams channel or import its posts into the agent’s knowledge? If so, could you provide guidance on how to set this up? Any tips or documentation references would be greatly appreciated!
