Hi,

I’m using Azure Copilot to create a bot. I have two SharePoint sites: one is public-facing, and the other is an intranet site that only works on our internal network and requires Windows authentication.

The chatbot works well on the public-facing site and responds accurately using the knowledge base provided. However, the chatbot that uses the intranet site as its knowledge base isn’t working properly.

Could you help me troubleshoot this issue?
