Move files of the record that are stored in dataverse table when submitted through Model Driven App, should now be moved to SharePoint and the moved files to be displayed for relevant record when selected on Model Driven App after SharePoint is integrated with Model Driven App

Hi,

I have a Model Driven App. Currently, When a record is saved in the form and then we choose a file to be uploaded, this file will be stored in the Dataverse table. Now, I want to integrate SharePoint to this Model Driven App and Upload the files in that SharePoint site. Now , How Can I move the already existing files of the record to the sharepoint and then display that file with the relevant selected record?

 

Please anyone could help me on this ?
